2. Rusev
The Bulgarian Brute had been involved in an angle with Bobby Lashley and Lana, since his return in October last year.
WWE prolonged the rivalry so much that many fans thought that they would give it a proper ending at WrestleMania this year.
However, that isn’t the case. Rusev has been at odds with WWE over his contract, which is why he hasn’t been featured on WWE programming over the past month.
Due to the differences between him and WWE, the company most likely chose Aleister Black as Lashley’s opponent at WrestleMania.
In addition, WWE also abruptly ended the Lashley/Rusev angle for an unknown reason. It could’ve ended in a sensible way at the Show Of Shows, but the company had other plans.
It is unknown when we’ll see Rusev on WWE programming next.
