8. Humberto Carrillo
Although he could not do much as a part of the WWE Cruiserweight division, Humberto Carrillo has been heavily featured on WWE programming since making his debut on RAW. He’s one of the wrestlers who’s being given a lot of exposure under RAW Executive Director Paul Heyman.
Carrillo has put on some great matches since arriving on RAW. At this time last year, he wasn’t very popular while he was in pursuit of the Cruiserweight Title. However, his popularity among the WWE Universe, specially kids, boosted when he was drafted to RAW.
He’s been in a feud with United States Champion Andrade over the past couple of months. Carrillo hasn’t been able to capture the United States Title, but he hasn’t given up yet.
It’s rumored that he’ll be involved in a Fatal-4-Way match against Andrade, Angel Garza and Rey Mysterio for the United States Championship in his first ever match at the Show Of Shows this year.
