4. Rey Mysterio
One night after his loss to Brock Lesnar, “The Master Of The 619” Rey Mysterio won a Fatal 4 Way match to challenge AJ Styles for the United States Championship. Rey Mysterio successfully won the United States Championship later that night with some help from Randy Orton.
Mysterio would be looking for his first challenge for the United States Championship and who could be better than Morrison to challenge him. They have some great in-ring chemistry from their days in Lucha Underground.
In addition, The Guru Of Greatness won his 3rd Intercontinental Championship on an episode of SmackDown back in 2009 by defeating Mysterio in one of the best matches of that year.
Mysterio and Morrison could have a proper feud now after their one time face-off a decade ago.
The matches they would put on could prove to be absolute classics.
