3. Dolph Ziggler
Another option for John Morrison’s first feud in the WWE after 8 years could be Dolph Ziggler.
Both men are no strangers to each other and are pretty good friends outside the ring. In fact, Dolph Ziggler is the only wrestler in the WWE who openly talked about Morrison’s return when PWInsider reported his deal.
The history between them is already there and throwing them in a feud together won’t require much work.
After defeating Mysterio for the Intercontinental Title, Morrison had a feud with The Showoff for it, in which Morrison came out as the winner after a series of great matches.
When Morrison took to Twitter and confirmed his deal with the WWE, Ziggler wasted no time in expressing interest to face him once again. Morrison said that he’s excited to face the talented stars in the WWE after which Ziggler indirectly asked him to come to SmackDown (which Ziggler is a part of) as that’s where the real talent is according to him.

They have significantly improved over the years so it would be interesting to see what they would produce inside the ring this time. Morrison and Ziggler are two of the most athletically gifted Superstars in the WWE and wouldn’t fail to entertain the WWE Universe if given the chance.
