John Morrison returning to challenge Nakamura for the Intercontinental Championship would be a fresh matchup and also an interesting story to see. A face Morrison vs. heel Nakamura and a manager like Sami Zayn would make a decent feud.
WWE can even use Morrison to dethrone Nakamura as the Intercontinental Champion and bring something new for the Intercontinental Championship on the blue brand.
