• Reason Behind Roman Reigns & Big E Wrestling 2 Matches On This Week’s RAW

As seen on this week’s episode of RAW, The Bloodline (Universal Champion Roman Reigns and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos) appeared on the show because some RAW stars were on the UK tour.

Roman & WWE Champion Big E were originally scheduled to wrestle only one match on RAW (The Bloodline vs. The New Day), but Vince McMahon changed the plan and booked a Triple Threat Match between Reigns, Big E and Bobby Lashley once he learned that this match got over big time during recent Live Events.

Here’s what the Wrestling Observer reported:

“The idea of having Reigns and Big E work twice on RAW on 9/20 was decided upon at Noon the day of the show.

They had done the match to headline house shows in North Charleston, SC and Augusta, GA the previous two nights and the match got over big in both cities.

Vince then decided to make it the RAW main event.”
