5. “Pistol” Pez Whatley

Pez Whatley is best known for wrestling for Jim Crockett Promotions’ Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling, where he was originally a babyface but then turned heel against Jimmy Valiant and joined Paul Jone’s evil stable.

After Turner bought the promotion in late 1988, Whatley left for Japan and in early 1990 he joined the WWF as a Jobber to the Stars.

He kept that role until leaving in may 1991 and later joined WCW where he became a coach in the famous Power Plant Wrestling School.

4. Tiger Chung Lee

Tiger Chung Lee started his career in 1968 and became a great Star in Japan and the United States, wrestling for several promotions like NJPW, AJPW, AWA, JCP, …

He joined the WWF in the summer of 1983 and instantly became a Superstar, winning most of his TV matches.

It was in 1984, when Tiger Chung Lee was downgraded to Jobber status, doing the job to the Stars almost on a weekly basis.

His role would remain the same until he left the WWF for good in early 1988.
