Arguably among the greatest of all time, WWF WrestleMania 1 Main Eventer “Rowdy” Roddy Piper will sadly be missed within the Professional Wrestling Industry.
Although never becoming the World Champion, he still has a huge list of things he accomplished in the business.

Even after officially retiring from active competition when he left WCW in late 1999, Roddy Piper would still return to the ring for a few more runs. Most notable his 2003, 2005 & 2006 WWE stints, his surprise entrance into the 2008 WWE Royal Rumble and his Handicap match vs. Chris Jericho at WWE WrestleMania 25.
Roddy Piper died in his sleep earlier this year on July 31 at the age of 61, due to a cardiac arrest.
