The former 4 time WWF Intercontinental Champion, WWE Hall of Famer Razor Ramon was never a participant in a Royal Rumble match.
As funny as it sounds, but despite competing on not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 Royal Rumble PPVs, Razor Ramon has never competed in the actual Rumble match before.

In 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, Razor Ramon was wrestling Bret “Hitman” Hart, I.R.S., “Double J” Jeff Jarrett and Goldust in singles matches.
In 2002 he returned at the WWF No Way Out 2002 PPV, a month after the 2002 Royal Rumble Event, but wouldn’t last until the 2003 Royal Rumble either, as he was fired by mid-2002, after the infamous ‘Plane Ride From Hell‘ incident.
