3. Another WWE Appearance For Kurt Angle Revealed
We recently noted a rumor is going on that WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017 headliner Kurt Angle might replace Mick Foley as the General Manager of Raw after WrestleMania 33. Angle noted that when he signed the deal with WWE, there were no talks of an in-ring return.
Well, that’s actually going to happen. During an appearance on The Taz Show, PWInsider’s Mike Johnson noted that Angle will return to WWE programming on Raw after WrestleMania 33 and will replace Mick Foley as the Raw General Manager.
It should also be noted that seeds for Foley being removed from the spot of Raw General Manager were planted on this week’s episode of Raw. You can watch it below:
It is now being reported that Angle will appear on the post-WrestleMania 33 edition of SmackDown Live as well.
