4. Drew McIntyre Is Going To Main Event WrestleMania 36
Tom Colohue recently reported that Vince McMahon was in favor of having The Fiend vs. Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship main event WrestleMania 36, instead of Brock Lesnar vs. Drew McIntyre:
“WWE sources have made it clear to me that Paul Heyman is campaigning heavily to have McIntyre main event WrestleMania.
Vince McMahon’s preference for the event’s main event is still believed to be Roman Reigns vs Bray Wyatt.”
In an update to this, it looks like Heyman’s talk with Vince worked as the Wrestling Observer is reporting that Lesnar vs. McIntyre is now scheduled to close out WrestleMania 36.
