4. “Psycho” Sid
After leaving the company in 1992, Sid returned to the World Wrestling Federation for the co-main event of WrestleMania XI, when he accompanied “The Heartbreak Kid” Shawn Michaels to the ring, in his attempt to win the WWF World Championship from WWF champion Diesel.
Sid was ringside as Michael’s bodyguard, but when the Heartbreak Kid lost the match, Sid attacked him the very next night on Monday Night RAW, which was done to turn Shawn Michaels babyface.
Sid would have a very similar role years later, when he returned to WCW to join and protect “The Macho Man” Randy Savage.
