5. Kevin Owens’ immediate downfall after huge push
Kevin Owens made his main roster debut during John Cena’s US Open challenge.
Owens took out John Cena on Raw and a match between the two was made official for Elimination Chamber PPV. Owens defeated Cena fair & square at the PPV and everyone thought that Owens is the “Next Big Thing.”
But this wasn’t the case. Owens lost to Cena at Money in the Bank, lost the NXT Title to Finn Balor at Beast in the East & lost to Cena again at Battleground PPV. All these were clean losses.
Owens has completely lost his momentum after these loses he’s back on track after he won the Intercontinental Title at Night of Champions 2015.
