2. Sting loses both of his big PPV matches in WWE
Sting wrestled his first ever match in WWE at WrestleMania 31, against Triple H.
All the Old School Wrestling fans were excited for “The Vigilante” facing “The King of Kings” on the grandest stage of them all. But most of the fans were disappointed when Sting lost. The match itself was fantastic, as it involved DX & nWo as well, but the finish can prove to be a bad decision. Sting then went on to win 2 matches on the go-home edition of Raw for Night of Champions 2015. One of these victories was via DQ and the other one in a tag team match. Sting went on to lose to Seth Rollins at Night of Champions 2015, without any outside interference or cheating from Rollins. This was a horrible decision.
Because if Sting faces The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32, it would mean another loss for “The Icon”, as WWE would never book The Undertaker to lose again at WrestleMania. WrestleMania 32 might also be the last time we see Sting wrestle. So does this mean Sting would retire without a win at a WWE PPV?
Well, this can be fixed if Sting wrestles before WrestleMania 32, but with Sting getting injured during his match with Rollins, it might not be possible.
