2. The Shield vs. The Miz, Kane, Braun Strowman & The Bar – TLC 2017
The Shield reunited in the summer of 2017 to take on the alliance of The Bar and The Miz. The feud continued until Fall of the same year, and Kane & Braun Strowman also joined The Miz and The Bar’s alliance against The Hounds Of Justice by the end of it.
At TLC 2017, The Shield was set to take on Strowman, Kane, Miz and The Bar in a 5-On-3 Handicap TLC match. However, Roman Reigns was pulled from the event alongside Bray Wyatt just a few days before it.
Reigns suffered from the same illness as Wyatt, rumored to be Mumps. He was out of action for a few weeks.
The Big Dog’s illness led to WWE Hall Of Famer Kurt Angle making his in-ring return at TLC to replace him in the match.
