• CM Punk Reacts To John Cena Mentioning His Act On SmackDown

At Money In The Bank 2011, CM Punk defeated John Cena to win the WWE Championship.

Punk then ran out of the arena through the crowd after kissing the WWE goodbye because his “contract expired”.

Cena mentioned this act of Punk on last night’s SmackDown during his promo segment against Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

Here’s what Cena said:

“Roman, you’re gonna put on a hell of a show, but I’m just gonna hang in there for 1, 2, 3. And then I’m gonna take your title, jump the barricade and run out of Allegiant Stadium as fast as I can. I may even blow you a kiss goodbye.”

After this, Punk posted a GIF of Lord Voldemort (from the Harry Potter series) peeping on his Instagram stories. Lord Voldemort is “He Who Must Not Be Named” and CM Punk is kind of the same when it comes to WWE nowadays.

Speaking of Cena’s promo, he also mentioned Dean Ambrose (current AEW wrestler Jon Moxley) in his promo, when he said the following to Roman:

“You almost ruined Seth Rollins, you ran Dean Ambrose out of WWE.”
