As we noted before, 24 wrestling personalities sued WWE over brain injuries. Bloomberg.com is now reporting that the count of wrestling personalities suing WWE has increased to 53. Below is the list:

Below is the statement issued by WWE regarding this:
“This is another ridiculous attempt by the same attorney who has previously filed class action lawsuits against WWE, both of which have been dismissed. A federal judge has already found that this lawyer made patently false allegations about WWE, and this is more of the same. We’re confident this lawsuit will suffer the same fate as his prior attempts and be dismissed.”
This lawsuit against WWE ensures that Demolition, Marty Jannetty, Dave Hebner, Earl Hebner, King Kong Bundy, Ken Patera, Kamala, Shane Douglas, Sabu & One Man Gang won’t be going into the WWE Hall of Fame (at least not for a few more years).
