7. Torture Rack
Multiple power brokers used this variation of the backbreaker submission, but none was more famed or effective than Lex Luger’s Human Torture Rack.
The execution was simple, lift a guy face up across your shoulders and bend him backwards until he gives up. Luger bounced up and down as well for greater strain on his victim’s spinal column. The Torture Rack fit his heel persona perfectly and he made it look easy.
